Fight Fearنموونە

Fear Has Its Place
Okay, so let’s just get this out of the way. Fear serves one—and only one—purpose: to keep you alive. It’s nothing more than a survival response.
Here’s what that means. If you’re in the woods and you run across a massive bear with razor-sharp fangs and long, pointy claws, your fear response should kick in and tell you, “Don’t go pet the bear. You know what? Actually, RUN!” That fear will help you survive.
But other than that, when fear becomes anxiety or worry, it’s a bad thing.
God didn’t create us to live our lives in fear. He created us to live with power, love, and a sound mind or courage.
So what are you worrying about? Where do you have fear, anxiety, and worry in your life?
Know that God gave you a spirit to overcome that.
