The Whole Story: A Life in God's Kingdom, Part Fourنموونە

Family Devotional:
Leprosy is an all-encompassing term that defines skin diseases that were prevalent in the nation of Israel. Unfortunately, leprosy was extremely contagious and therefore required that those effected were to be quarantined away from the general public. Often, leprosy is used throughout the Bible as an illustration of sin. This is because, like leprosy, sin is highly problematic for one’s wellbeing and places people in situations where they are separated from the ones they love.
Daily Demonstration:
Like leprosy, sin could also be seen as contagious. In what ways do you see sin as contagious? Has there been a time in your life in which you have fallen victim to sin due to your environment or the sin of another? Take an inventory of your surroundings – including those you surround yourself with. Are there any contagious situations from which you need quarantine?
