Welcome the Wilderness نموونە

Nothing Has Changed
When we find ourselves in the midst of the wilderness, the worry and the anxiety often come off as something that has changed externally that makes us feel lost internally.
Our circumstances don’t line up with our core beliefs, and we suddenly aren’t wired to make sense of the struggle.
But we are wired for the struggle. Not because of how we are built or our own capabilities, but because our Jesus has already struggled through the wilderness.
He knows how to walk with us now as we trudge through our own wilderness. He knows what mirages we will be tempted with as we march forward, trying to make them out.
When it was Jesus in the wilderness, “angels came and attended him” (Matt. 4:11). Just like God did not abandon Jesus in the wilderness, Jesus will sweep low and minister to us.
Even though everything may seem to change around us, Jesus will stay the same—right by our side.
