Job 22:21 NKJV

Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you. 

The Bible encourages us to acquaint ourselves with our God. It means - get to know Him intimately. If you do, you will be at peace; supernatural peace of God will fill you and guard you. And in the end good will come to you. Amazing!

This whole lockdown can become a blessing in disguise for you! It’s a time where you can draw closer to Him to know Him like you never knew before. While others may lose their minds - not knowing what to do - you can come out thriving. Your whole spiritual life can bloom and go to the next level - if you will get to know Him intimately. Draw closer to Him and He will draw closer to you.

Psalm 9:10 ESV

And those who know Your Name put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.

God reveals Himself to us through His names given in the Bible. They speak about who He is! When you get to know Him, it will be easier to put your trust in Him. 

Meditate:

* Psalm 91:14 ESV

…I will protect him because he knows My name. 

Pray: 

* Thank God for the blood of Jesus by which you can draw closer to the Holy One of Israel. 

* Ask God to reveal Himself to you in a fresh way in this season. 

* Pray the Lord will be a wall of fire around the whole city.
