In today’s world, it is so easy to get on Amazon, get just about anything you want and have it delivered the next day.  

I like things. I like nice things. I like to have the latest technology. But over time, I’ve noticed that they do not matter. They do not bring me the satisfaction the way that God does.  

This verse helps to remind me that it’s not about the things of this earth. It’s not about what I can have, nor about the latest gear I can have. It redirects me to focus on Him!
