Luke 1:30-31 Reflections by Netta Stampley-Williams

Mary found favor with God, and it provided her with a reassurance that everything would work out just as God would have it.  It gave her hope! Having God’s favor doesn’t mean we will be excluded from pain or hardship. It doesn’t mean we will be free from some struggles, but it does mean that God has His hand upon our lives and is guiding our steps towards a path that will bring glory to His name and light to the world. God's favor gives us hope that whatever obstacle we face we will overcome! 

"Do not be afraid" and "You have found favor with God." You can hold on to these words like Mary did.
