Experience Weekend — Student Launch Planنموونە

Can you think of a time when you desperately needed help? Maybe you were thrilled over how many bags of groceries you were carrying until you realized you didn’t have a hand to open the front door. Maybe you were craving Cheez-Its, but there was no way you could reach them on the top shelf of the cupboard. We need the help of the people in our lives. God made us for a close relationship with Himself, but also with other people. We were made for Christian community.
Do you have people who will encourage you in your walk with Jesus? Do you have people who know how you and Jesus are really doing? We will be squashed under the pressures and worries in this life if we don’t have close friends and family helping us along in our faith. Just like Moses needed his friends’ help in Exodus 17, we need the help and encouragement of fellow Christ-followers.
Reach out to another Christian today and ask if they will pray for you and help you along in your relationship with Jesus. If you aren’t already in a small group, don’t miss out! Check out the Southeast Christian website to see when small groups meet at your campus, and join one this week. We as Christians need each other.
Keep the conversation going! Want to share a story, ask a question, or talk about the impact of this plan? Send us a message at keeptalking@secc.org.
