Captive No More: Freedom From Pain, Shame and Guiltنموونە

Freedom From Your Past
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
John 8:36
I’m so thankful you’ve joined me here at Captive No More. If you have been or are still trapped in the bondage of pain, shame, and guilt from something in your past, this is where we work together to gain permanent freedom.
When we talk about pain, we first think of physical pain from injury or accident. There is a self-reliant, internal block on the notion of our emotions or feelings being hurt. How could they be, we’re after all! Now, don’t worry because I’m not going to get 'tree hugger' on you, but it would be a waste of your time if we didn’t dig into everything.
Let’s commit to making this happen. Our other friends have found that it works best if you commit to carving out time daily to pray over this, read each day’s message, and respond to the Call To Action sections.
Here’s to you finding freedom from your past.
Scott
Call To Action

- Write out a list of what past pains still hurt you.
- Write out a list of anyone who has caused you to hurt in your past.
- Write out a detailed example of how a past pain still causes struggle today.

There is a masculine, internal block on the notion of our emotions or feelings being hurt. How could they be, we’re men after all!
