Promises by FAITH
There is no better example of a man of FAITH than Abraham, who is called A FRIEND of God. Abraham is considered the father of FAITH for all that the Bible says about him. God promised Abraham a son. And even though it took ten years for that promise to be fulfilled, he had FAITH, he never had any doubt about what God would do, he was sure that God's timing was good, and had FAITH in that promise until God fulfilled it.
I know that sometimes God promises us things, but we don't see them coming in our timing, so we begin to doubt and question what God says. So just as Abraham kept the FAITH and believed God, we too believe what God tells us; in the word, in a promise or a word he gives us in our daily prayer, we believe that God truly speaks to us.
Prayer: "Father thank you because, although sometimes it is difficult for me to hear your voice, you are always there and you always keep your promises. Thank you that despite what happens or despite the circumstances I know that you do everything in your time. In Jesus' name, Amen."
