The legendary woman is destiny driven. She knows she has a purpose, and she pursues it wholeheartedly. She knows she has a unique and wonderful place in this world, and she celebrates that and makes her place in the world known. Because she is driven to fulfill her God-given purpose, she never second-guesses her value and it’s not easy for others to do it either. She is industrious, creative, consistent, focused, and filled with ingenuity as she labors to complete her mission for the Lord. She has found her niche, the place where she can use her gifts and talents for the glory of God, and she knows where she belongs because her destiny propels her forward. 

The legendary woman understands that “to everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven” (Eccles. 3:1). She knows that this is her season, her time of purpose and destiny. And she understands the value of her God-given purpose.

The legendary woman’s purpose, her destiny, is no ordinary thing. She has been “called…with a holy calling” (2 Tim. 1:9).

As a legendary woman, you were not set free from your sin, your past, your shame, your chains, your bondage, and all those other things merely for the sake of freedom. When Jesus freed you, He called you to bear the title of daughter of the Most High, one of His own special people. He called you forth from darkness into His marvelous light, and He called you to be a light to those still in darkness. It is your holy calling, your vocation. You were issued a divine invitation to walk in freedom and to help others walk in it too. Your calling is sacred.

Don’t be hindered by the lies of the enemy. He will try to tell you that there really isn’t a purpose for your life, that your life has no meaning, that you have no value, that everything that happens is just random chance. None of that is true. Psalm 139:16 (NKJV) says:

Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.

That means that even before you were born, God had a plan and a purpose for your life. You are not an accident. You have value. Your life has meaning. You were not born into this world at this time by chance. You have a purpose, a divine purpose, an assignment from heaven designed specifically for you. Don’t let the enemy distract you from that purpose with his lies.
