If you’ve ever had a thought and wondered, “Was that from God, just my own thought, or something else completely?” Know that memorizing scripture helps us to know the truth about who God is and what he is like. It also helps us get better and better at recognizing when it’s God speaking to us. Scripture, and the principles we learn from it, is truth we can count on.
