Life is often described as a race.

Before we enter a race, we have to prepare ourselves so that we are ready and able to win.

What do we get when we run the good race of life? Eternal life with God. A very special gift more than anything we’ve ever received.

A race is not something easy. There will be challenges and obstacles. This race we are running lasts a lifetime. That’s a very long time, isn’t it?

Because it lasts a lifetime, then we ought to run the race faithfully until we reach the finish line. It requires commitment especially when we are in difficult situations. The most amazing thing is knowing that God is always with us in every situation. We can always trust in Him, no matter what.

No one knows when he/she will reach the finish line. Everyone just continues to give his/her best to run the race in their lane.

Over time, you might feel exhausted. When that happens, remind yourself of the grand prize that awaits at the finish line. God is waiting for you to live eternally with Him.
