I believe in the forgiveness of sins

“The Son paid the price to make us free. In Him we have forgiveness of our sins.” (Colossians 1:14, ERV)

When the first humans were created, they had a close and harmonic relationship with God. But they decided to disobey Him. This ruined the relationship and plunged humanity into a state of sin and death, alienated from their Creator. From then on, all humans have been born sinful, unable to live righteous lives.

The only possible solution for this problem must come from God, since humans are unable to fix it. God loves the world so much that He gave His only Son to pay the price for human disobedience. Jesus did so by living a perfect life, taking our sin and shame upon Himself, and dying on our behalf. He bore the divine wrath and broke the power of sin over humans, “so that everyone who believes in Him would not be lost but have eternal life” (John 3:16, ERV).

If you want to get right with God, you need to confess your sins, turn away from them and believe in Jesus. He will make you clean from all the wrong things you have done. There is no other way to get rid of your guilt!
