More than Conquerors
The next concept we need to grasp in order to prosper the way God intends is that we are more than conquerors. We are children of the almighty God, and when we are walking within His will, nothing is impossible.
In Romans 8:37, Paul states that we are more than conquerors. But not by our own doing, but instead “through him who loved us.”
When we realize this, we have to take a look at how we are living our lives. Are we living our lives in fear and timidity? If so, why? We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. Why aren’t we operating in confidence, in boldness, and in audacity for the glory of God?
This idea is paralleled in Isaiah 54:17, where it states, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” If we know this to be true, why do we continue to operate in fear? Why aren’t we pursuing God’s will for our lives with vigor and faith?
We are more than conquerors in Christ. To prosper the way God desires us to, we need to take this to heart as truth and operate day-to-day accordingly. No matter what is going on around us, even if it looks like the odds are stacked against us, we must remain in God and trust in Him.
