Women of Welcome: Christ-Like Welcomeنموونە

Welcome that Loves
Thoughtful Questions:
1. (Matthew 5) “Enemy” is a harsh word that we usually associate with nations at war with each other. But Jesus brings it closer to home, down to the level of our hearts. Who would you say your enemy is? What would it look like to love them?
2. (Luke 10) Picture a man lying by the side of the road, naked, bloodied, and bruised, maybe even semiconscious. What reasons do you think led the Levite and the priest to still choose to pass by on the other side? What led the Samaritan to stop and help?
3. Consider what it might look like for you to follow Jesus’s words, “You go, and do likewise.”
