Christ is the Triumphant Redeemer

As you read these testimonies of the resurrected Jesus, take a minute to imagine yourself among the disciples. What do you think your response to Him in that moment would have been?

Is there a particular disciple that you relate most with?

Easter celebrates not only the sacrifice Jesus made, but His victory over sin and death by overcoming the grave and clearing a path for us back to the Father. We have the gift of communion with our Creator because of His triumph.

It is more than nice words or a good idea - Hebrews 4:16 talks about the ability we have to "approach God's throne of grace with confidence" as His sons and daughters, and that is the reality that we get to live in!

How does Jesus’ resurrection make a difference in your life?

Let's pray:

We rejoice together, “Christ is risen! He is risen indeed!”

Help me, Lord, to walk in constant awareness of your Holy Spirit that dwells within me. Help me to share your love with boldness, drawing strength from your promise: "I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20b)
