Day 2: Seeking Wisdom in Financial Decisions

Regardless of the cause of your financial worries at the moment, applying wisdom to the situation is only going to make it better. So, today let’s tap into some of the Bible and meditate on these truths. After you do, let’s pray:

God, Your Word says that if we lack wisdom, we should ask You, and You will give generously without finding fault. Today, I am asking for Your wisdom concerning my finances. Show me how to manage what You've entrusted to me in a way that honors You.

Teach me, Lord, to count the cost, to plan wisely and diligently, and to avoid hasty decisions that can lead to poverty. Help me to commit all my plans to You, trusting that when I align my decisions with Your will, my plans will be established.

Guide me to steward my resources wisely, setting aside and saving as I prosper, and to generously give back to Your kingdom. Let my financial decisions reflect my faith in You and my commitment to Your principles.

Through my actions, may I demonstrate my trust in Your provision and my gratitude for Your abundant blessings.
