Resist the shortage

A few days ago I was talking with a friend about how human beings usually react

when we don't have any money. It is as if we literally sit on the bed, with our hands on our heads, because we do not know what will happen tomorrow, and that discourages us.

The reality is that we must be content in sadness, in joy, in abundance, or in scarcity; just as Paul told the Church of Philippi.

To resist shortage you have to depend totally on God. This is not easy at all, but when we read the Bible we realize that God knows what we need; he is not going to abandon us.

So, friend, may your heart not be discouraged. If you trust God in abundance, resist and trust him in the midst of scarcity.

Resist, he will give you the exit!
