Faith & Love: A One Year Bible Reading Plan - Part 7نموونە

Today we start with the letter that Paul wrote to the Ephesians. The whole first chapter of Ephesians speaks beautifully about your identity in Christ.
Your identity affects your thoughts and actions and, therefore, your whole life. The Word of God is such a treasure chest. You can begin to understand and experience more and more of who you are as God's beloved child, and no one and nothing can separate you from His love.
Even before the creation of the world, God chose you. Isn't that overwhelming? Even before you were born, He called you to be His beloved daughter or son forever. God wanted you to live a life that is sanctified and glorifies Jesus. He wanted you to be permanently and closely connected to Him and to help make God's power and glory visible in this world.
My first invitation for you today:
Thank Jesus that He is your firm foundation and your identity is grounded in Him. No doubt, guilt, shame, or injustice can change that, never! You are holy, chosen, and righteous before God!
Can I invite you today to thank Jesus that He first loved you as His beloved child and that He fills your heart with His love every day so that you can carry His love to the people around you and thereby become a blessing for others?
