Scripture: 2 Corinthians 1:20

"For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory."

As we journey toward embracing God's best for the new year, we stand on the unshakable foundation of God's promises. In 2 Corinthians 1:20, we are reminded that all of God's promises find their "yes" in Christ. This means that in Jesus, every assurance, every hope, and every covenant is affirmed and fulfilled.

Today, set aside time to immerse yourself in God's promises. Open the pages of His Word and claim His assurances for your life in the coming year. Trust in His faithfulness to fulfill them, for His promises are not empty words but powerful declarations of His love and commitment to His children.

In your prayers, express your trust in these promises. Invite God to bring His Word to life in your daily experience. Pray for the faith to hold fast to these assurances, knowing that as you walk with Christ, His "yes" to His promises will resound in your life.

Heavenly Father, I come before You, trusting in Your promises, for they are "yes" in Christ. Your Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Today, I claim the promises You have set before me for this new year. May they be fulfilled in my life as I place my unwavering trust in Your faithfulness. In every step I take, may Your promises be my guiding star and the anchor of my soul. Amen.
