Work and Moneyنموونە

Sadly, wars have been fought and entire economic systems have been established primarily to confiscate people’s hard-earned resources that have been honestly made and frugally saved.
In contrast to mankind’s self-centered greed, covetousness, and laziness, the Bible teaches that, “Each one should carry their own load.” (Galatians 6:5) Historically, the joy of productive hard work, self-discipline, and personal giving have been sacrificed whenever a legalized form of heavy taxation was imposed on the citizens of nations.
The Bible’s guiding ethical and financial principal is both wise and highly practical, “If a man will not work, neither shall he eat" (2 Thessalonians 3:10). The strategic words found in this verse are “will not work." God condemns a lifestyle of chosen laziness!
In this regard, King Solomon observed and applauded the diligence of the small ant when He wrote,
“Go to the ant, you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise, which having no captain, overseer, or ruler, provides her supplies in the summer and gathers her food during the harvest.” (Proverbs 6:6-8)
Are you glorifying God each day with your diligence as a reflection of His character?
