Psalms - Wisdom for Lifeنموونە

We have a lot to be thankful for: our family and friends, Church, pastors, teachers, and leaders. We can be thankful for sunshine and picnics; we can even be thankful for sleeping in on Saturdays! There is just so much to be thankful for; everywhere we look there are great people, great places and great things happening. God is so good!
However sometimes, we may not be very thankful. We can find ourselves grumbling and complaining about the silliest things. Like if it’s raining but we want to go to the beach or when the battery on our favourite gaming device is at 1%. When we focus on the things we DON’T have instead of focusing on what we DO have, we can lose perspective and miss out on enjoying the things we can be thankful for.
Did you know that having an attitude of gratitude is scientifically proven to be better for you? You’re healthier, sleep better, are more relaxed, and live with more vitality and energy! The Psalms remind us to live a life that is full of thanksgiving, keeping an attitude of gratitude. God’s Word gives us wisdom for life!
