Ancora Kids Are Like Sheep!نموونە

A GOOD SHEPHERD
Read today’s Bible words from John, chapter 10, verse 14, to see something Jesus said about himself.
Jesus described himself as a “good shepherd”.
Remember what you have found out already about shepherds and sheep.
A good shepherd CARES for his sheep, like the shepherd who went looking for the one sheep which was lost.
A good shepherd is HAPPY when his sheep are not lost, as the shepherd was when he found his missing animal.
A good shepherd gives his sheep what they NEED, like the shepherd in the song who took his sheep to where there was fresh grass to eat and clean water to drink.
Jesus said something else very special too. Look at John, chapter 10, verses 2 and 3.
Jesus said that a good shepherd knows his sheep by… what? By name!
So if Jesus is the good shepherd and people are like his sheep, Jesus knows your name!
Pray: “Thank you, Jesus, that you are my good shepherd and that you know my name.”
