Enjoy the Light

What is it about basking in the warm sun that elevates our mood? The gloomy days of winter have long since gone, and we are delighted to see bright days come. We seem to have more energy and enjoy being outside in the fresh air. The darkness has been lifted, and we are ready to move! This is true when it comes to spiritual light as well. Our lives are more productive when we are out of the darkness, doing work for the kingdom of God. The difference is we don’t have to wait for summer. God has delivered us from darkness into everlasting light. We can be free to live unencumbered by dark times—and spread the joy of His light in every season!
