God will more likely meet us with his gifts in the midst of trying to help his children than he ever would while we’re taking a spiritual gifts analysis test.” — SAM STORMS

“Spiritual gifts” comes from the Greek word charisma, which means “grace gifts.” We experience God’s grace through the gift of the Holy Spirit. Spiritual gifts are abilities graciously given by the Holy Spirit for ministry, the common good of the church, and the glory of Jesus.

With the motive of love, we are commanded to pursue spiritual gifts, to pursue more of God’s grace through his Spirit!
