Walk With Jesus: 21 Days Through Matthewنموونە

After supper, Jesus and His disciples went to a garden so that Jesus could pray. Jesus knew He was about to be captured and that He would be killed. Jesus prayed and asked God for the strength to do what He needed to do. Jesus knew it would be very hard, but He also knew that He was fulfilling His Father's will and that He had to die. Jesus prayed 3 times, acknowledging that His death was God's will. When the disciple Judas appeared with the Jewish leaders, Jesus knew it was time. Judas betrayed Him, and He was captured. Jesus was about to do something so hard we can't even imagine it! Let's pray, and thank God for making a plan to save us, and let's praise Jesus for His sacrifice.
