Divine Incursions (In the Life of Jacob)نموونە

When God intervenes with power in your life and overturns it, he wants to call you, make a transformation, and reveal his glory.
God breaks into Jacob’s life the first time in Bethel, while he flees from his brother.
He addresses a call to him, the God of his fathers, and renews to him the promise of a large progeny and the inheritance of the land of Palestine.
He begins his transformation, from usurper to recipient of primogeniture and blessing.
He reveals himself with the ladder, a symbol of his only begotten Son and his desire to establish a connection with his creature.
With this experience Jacob finds the strength to face the period of trial that will spend in his father-in-law’s house Laban.
