We are able  to do them and complete certain assignments, but those things  aren’t what we were specifically designed and created to do. Through this plan my prayer is that you pursue and complete the purpose that lives inside of you for the benefit of the world. You were born on purpose with purpose!

The first disciples of Jesus were first-hand witnesses of his life, passion, death, and resurrection. They were privileged to see him in the flesh, to savor his ministry and miracles, and to worship the exalted Christ who conquered sin, death, and hell in providing a way of salvation for all of us. This is the Jesus they proclaimed, and that we have believed in through their witness.

As we praise God today, let's keep in mind the heavenly worship service we'll one day take part in: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain . . . !” (see Revelation 5:11-12). Here's how we praise, says Charles Spurgeon: “We simply say what [God] is! ‘You are this and You are that.’ There is no other praise.” Why not invite friends and family to “join the chorus” with you?
