  Feelings are nice, but you don’t have to feel saved to be saved. It’s a legal matter!

Whether you felt God’s presence this morning, or felt healed, bold, or free, it doesn’t matter. You are an heir of the entire estate of God as a son or daughter, and that means you have legal rights as a citizen of His Kingdom. Your emotions don’t call the shots—this is a legal issue!

God has already given you the whole estate. Let that sink in for a second—you already have the whole thing. There is nothing you need that you do not already have! You don’t have to cry and beg God for help because it’s already been freely given to you! God does not make a case-by-case decision regarding whom He will or won’t help. Anyone who is a son or daughter of God already has His help. That means you!

Let me show you what I mean. If you are a citizen of the United States, then you already have the backing of the United States government to enforce what the law says. That benefit was included with your citizenship. So, you can’t fast and pray long enough to earn God’s help. He already gave it to you through what Jesus did. 

When you’re in right standing with God and your life is based on law instead of how you feel, things change. You will begin to see your prayers become a REALITY and start to experience the power of REST in your life!
