One of the best foundations for your faith is a solid understanding of Scripture. Nowadays, there’s no shortage of opinions on what certain verses from the Bible mean or how they apply to our lives. And all of those opinions can make things a bit confusing from time to time. Don’t give up! Work hard to dig in and discover what He says is best for your life.
This week, try journaling as you read Scripture. Write down questions you might have or verses that stick out to you. Then, process your questions and insights with a Small Group Leader, parent, or trusted friend. This practice can lead to a clearer understanding of God’s truth.
