Not Enough

If you are like most of people, you know what it's like to be underappreciated. The feeling of being underappreciated is an everyday companion to many people. Low self-esteem can have many roots, often these include fears, the past, circumstances, or inferiority complex which is a result of comparing one another's personalities, looks, accomplishments, or rather the lack of them.

God never compares you to other people. You are unique to Him and present high value! You are so precious to Him that He calls you the apple of His eye. Why don't we look at ourselves through His eyes? Maybe He's right and you are precious? Think about it, if God says so and if it's written in the Bible, then you can't be a loser or a failure, but SOMEONE EXTREMELY SPECIAL.

Prayer: Lord, thank you that I am precious in your eyes. Thank you that I am so valuable that you gave your life for me on the cross. Help me find the right value in you, I pray. Amen.

Challenge: Find 10 scriptures in the Bible that say who you really are in the eyes of God and write them down. You might start with the Psalms.
