Ephesians: 7-Day Reading Plan By Doxa DeoSample

Chapter 5
Our New Walk
Walking as children of light requires us to walk in love.
“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Ephesians 5:15-17)
How can you make best use of your time?
In the second part of chapter 5, Paul describes the relationship between husbands and wives. He also likens it to the relationship between Christ and the Church. Husbands are to love their wives, and wives are to respect their husbands. The Church is to submit to Christ.
How do you submit to Christ daily?
Read chapter 5.
