4 Days Toward RedemptionSample

Strength Vs. Weakness
When you hear the word strong, what do you imagine? What about when you hear the word weak? How much of your imagination is guided by films, videos, books, music, and magazines, and how much of it is guided by Jesus? When it all comes down to it, strength and weakness are relative terms in the Kingdom of God – an important distinction when it comes to your redemption.
Sometimes we just want to work harder, do more, grip tighter, and grind our teeth more intently – and we think that, by doing this, we’re really earning our redemption. But what if that’s not the case? What if our redemption lies in our weaknesses? Lies in the upended notion of measuring out lavish grace to others so we can receive it for ourselves? What if?
