Who Is God?Sample

God’s Knowledge and Wisdom
Psalms 139:1-4 shows us that God knows everything. God knows not only our activities but also our thoughts. He knows not only what we are doing, but also what we will do in the future.
Isaiah 40:14 shows us that God has all knowledge without being taught. God doesn’t learn anything because his knowledge is complete.
In Romans, we see God’s knowledge paired with wisdom. In wisdom he discriminates between good and evil and brings just rewards and punishments on the righteous and the wicked. God not only knows all things but also acts rightly upon that knowledge.
Why is it good that God knows all things?
Prayer:
Thank you Lord that we have a God who knows all things. You always act and make judgements rightly. We know that we make errors and misjudgements because our knowledge is limited and we are prone to misunderstanding. But you know everything. Help me to trust you and what you say. Amen.
