Daily Readings - 1 Thessalonians 5:12-28
Discussion & Reflection: Demonstrating forgiveness is very difficult sometimes. The fullest expression of forgiveness came through the forgiveness of all sin and the atonement of humanity by Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:15 says “15 See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone.” This alludes to the importance of forgiveness in our daily lives. How can you show someone forgiveness today? Although it is easy to repay evil for evil, why do you think it is important for us to forgive others?
