DAY TWO: The Best is Yet to Come
The first miracle Jesus performed was to turn water into wine at a wedding in Cana. I see this story as an analogy for the lives of believers. Just as the latter wine Yeshua created was better than the former, so will the latter years of your life be better than the former.
As you seek God, you will get better and better, stronger and stronger, and more and more like Jesus. You are not the same person today that you were last year, and you are not going to be the same person a year from now that you are today.
As you continue to seek to obey Jesus, as you give His Word preeminence in your life, as you sit under sound teaching and apply it to your life, you are going to be supernaturally changed.
Father God, I thank You that the best is yet to come. You are moving me from glory to glory and from strength to strength, and I declare that my latter years will be greater than my former years. Father, give me renewed hope, health, and vitality so I will remain strong for You even as I age. Thank You for changing me day by day as I seek You with my whole heart.
