Cornell University studied people’s emotions and learned the most joyful have learned to distinguish between being joyful “in spite of” and “if only.” There will always be challenges, but I pray these guided audio meditations from scripture will help you choose to be joyful “in spite of” by believing in the joy of God and paying it forward by giving it to others.
