The baptism of the Holy Spirit is God's wonderful gift to all who have believed and experienced Christ's salvation. For those at Cornelius's home, it was nearly instantaneous from the moment they believed to the next moment they were filled with the Spirit. If God wanted to bless the Gentiles with His Spirit, who could stand in the way of God? No one genuine was excluded from God's gift.
