Week One: Mobilization—God’s Plan!

Go2020 is focused on mobilizing every believer to be a witness. Everyone can reach someone! In this time of uncertainty and worry, the church has an incredible opportunity to be bright beacons of hope and joy. We know who is in control: not the governments of the world, not the presidents and princes, but Jesus, the King of the universe! He is still on the throne, ruling with love, patience, and power. What would it look like for the Church, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to actively share with neighbors and friends, relatives and work associates the hope that we have in Jesus who is above any storm and crisis that we may face?

Memorize

Read this week’s memory verse, Romans 15:13. You’ll be working on memorizing this verse throughout the week. Today, simply read it and rest.
