When Crisis HitsSample

SEEK ADVICE – BUT YOU DECIDE
An effective leader should seek the wise counsel of advisors. However, you cannot let them be the decision makers. You are the only one who really knows the situation at hand, plus only you have the knowledge and experience to determine what the best response is to handle the unfolding crisis.
The shortcut to success is a wise mentor. You need respected mentors who can serve as a reality check for your new ideas and as a sounding board for your plans. All great people have mentors. These mentors become instrumental in helping them get where they want to go. You will not achieve success without the help of others. However, you are still the one to make the decision. Do your research, listen to advice, then you make the call.
