 HE GIVES YOU ALL THINGS FOR FREE

‘If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect?  It is God who justifies.’ Romans 8:31-33 NKJV

As Romans 3:24 says, we have been ‘justified freely by His Grace.’ 

Hebrews 10:14, we have been ‘perfected forever and perpetually made holy.’ 

2 Corinthians 5:21, we are the exact ‘righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.’ 

We can never work for any of this to happen. We are saved and blessed from beginning to end by grace alone, and if ‘by grace, it cannot be based on works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace.’ Romans 11:6 NIV

Oh, how some hate this kind of talk. “You have to work. You have to earn it. You have to be good enough because God only blesses the good.” 

This kind of thinking is nothing more than karma. Be gracious and loving with such people but NEVER adopt their mentality.

God gave Jesus for you at your worst. He gave you His very best at your very worst. That’s not karma - that’s grace. That’s unmerited favour. If you have to work for it, grace is no longer grace.

Who will bring a ‘charge’ against you? NEVER allow a ‘charge’ or a ‘payment’ mentality to be the condition for favour.

It is God who justifies. Expect His scandalous favour today outside of your performance, expect God’s favour, especially when you least deserve it. Expect His very best at your very worst. And expect His best to transform you out of your worst.  

Boldly believe for ALL THINGS to flow FREELY in your life this year. All things - all His abundant and wonderfully comprehensive blessings and favour freely given. Believe upon the cross. Say it out loud until you believe it. “God is for me. God is for me. God is for me.”

He is in your fan club. He is cheering you on and ‘He takes pleasure in your prosperity’. Psalm 35:27 NKJV

Beloved – All things are possible with God, and all things are possible for the one who believes.
