Real Hope: Living A Life Of PurposeSample

BREATHE...
Have you found yourself feeling a bit disoriented with the ripples of change that have impacted as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19)?
We have all had to adjust and adapt, without knowing how long these changes will need to stay in place. In the middle of change, a common soul-stirring rises to question our lives. The question has always been there; however, it is often drowned out by the business of our routine doing. The soul searches to ask, ‘Why does my life matter? What is my purpose? Why am I here?’
God’s answer to our searching soul is found within the invitation to live every moment with Him. Purpose and meaning start with resting in God. By being we can start becoming who God dreamed we would be. Have you noticed that by reducing our doing in the world, the earth has been allowed to breathe and heal? Our poor overworked earth is resting and showing us its true purpose and beauty.
What a gift it could be to ourselves, our families and our world if we could give ourselves the time to breathe, heal and let God transform our lives with purpose. Even in a busy household, we can allow ourselves moments to give ourselves to God, to stop and breathe.
Take this verse and make it your prayer today.
Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know.
Be still.

About this Plan

It seems that every month there is a new book on the best seller list talking about the meaning of life, or giving advice on how to achieve purpose. As Christians, we know that a life of purpose is only found in Christ. But what does a life purposed for Christ look like and how can we live like that? Be prepared to be challenged by this plan.
