GO2020 | ENGAGE: June Week 4 - ABIDESample

June 22—A Glimpse of the End
Read
Revelation 7:9-12
Reflect
In today’s passage we are offered a glimpse of the future. There is a great multitude that no one can number composed of every nation, tribe, people, and language. They are all wearing white robes symbolizing that they are righteous and pure, washed by the cleansing blood of the Lamb (Jesus). This multitude is celebrating that Jesus has conquered sin and granted them salvation! God has won the ultimate battle. Reflect on the worship described in the passage. How does it compare to your worship in public or private?
Engage
Read today’s Scripture passage. Say or write it out in your own words, considering the following questions:
· What does it say about God?
· What does it say about us?
· Is there a promise to trust?
· Is there a command to obey?
· How will I apply this Scripture to my life?
· Who will I show that I care by sharing this truth?
Memorize
Now read this week’s memory verse, Revelation 7:9. Spend a few minutes beginning to memorize it.

About this Plan

As members of the body of Christ, we are called to finish the race set before us, filled with joy and love, as we give witness to the power of the gospel that changes our lives. God’s kingdom embraces differences that the world sets up as barriers to Christian unity. Especially in these times, it is important for all believers to understand the oneness we have in Christ.
