First Priority Prayer Guide: Choose PrayerSample

Pray: Prayer posture can be very important, because a lot of the time how we sit or stand tells our body how we feel. Try praying with your hands open, palms up. This is just a physical way to invite God and be ready to receive from Him.
Journal: Write down whatever is on your mind this week. Ask God where He is at in it and what He is doing with it.
