Pray:  Invite God and just spend some time talking to Him. About your day, about what you’re struggling with, about what’s making you happy, about whatever you want.    

Spiritual Challenge:  Pick a color. Now every time you see that color, pray. It doesn't have to be a long prayer and you can do this anywhere. Just quickly stop whatever you're doing and check in with God.
