Meet The New YouSample

Treasure Every Opportunity
Is your calendar full of commitments? Would you love to hide under the covers to avoid the tasks or people you must face? Maybe you’re wishing you had a few appointments to run off to, instead of spending one more day at home caring for the littles or bound in by health issues.
Friend, no matter what your day looks like, no matter the responsibilities facing you, there is purpose tucked into your life today. You are not an accident. Your life is not for nothing. God’s invitation stands for you, so will you say yes to making the most of every opportunity as you join Him in His work for you today?
Whether you’re busy with chores or facing deadlines, beaten down with chronic illness or playing chauffeur for your brood, only able to pray or called to serve with your hands, God invites you to make the most of every opportunity through intentionally using your time to the best of your ability.
In other words, He’s calling you and me to live in such a way that we see this moment as a gift from Him, and choose to use it well—that means our goal isn’t to be better than someone else, but to be the best of our ability and in light of our circumstances.
So friend, what does it look like to make the most of this day that God has given you?
Trap and Transform
1. What opportunities are before you today?
2. How can you approach those opportunities, and the ones you can’t even conceive of, in such a way as to join God in His work?
3. What responsibilities are you dreading, and what would it look like to give them to God?

About this Plan

When we look to the Word of God as our baseline for how to live, we’ll discover where our thinking needs to change to conform to God’s best for us. That’s exactly what this 21-day journey is all about.
