Who’s Responsible?
Have you ever felt like it all depends on you? Maybe you look at life and believe you’re ultimately responsible for what happens in your world. But that’s not the whole picture. It’s true you’re responsible to use the gifts, skills, and opportunities God gives you. But to stop there would be to limit God—who is by nature without limits.
When God created you, He had an amazing plan in mind, a plan much bigger and more creative than you could imagine. He started a great work when He made you, and He’s actively moving in your life every step of the way. He placed you where you are to make a significant impact on the lives of those around you.
You’re responsible to rely on Him and do what He calls you to do. You can lean on Him, because He is responsible for the outcome. His power at work in you will multiply your efforts as you trust Him.
God doesn’t leave His work unfinished. One day He will complete what He started in you and through you, and when He does, the result will be beyond anything you could have done on your own.
