Jesus says that if you’re a shepherd and one of your sheep is lost, you leave the rest and go looking for that one until you find it. Here, Jesus explains why He spends so much time with sinful people.
God loves you so much. You’re His precious child. He cares for you and provides for you. But if you’re no longer lost, you’re not His greatest concern. He wants you to feel the deep concern He has for lost people around you who need to be found.
Be like Him; spend time with them and share God with them.
