I will admit that my default mode is to worry. This worry causes my stomach to hurt and my mind to jump to irrational conclusions. It definitely keeps me from having a healthy soul. When I read this scripture it immediately causes me to ask myself, “do you want to live at peace”? And of course the answer is always yes. Then my responsibility is to trust God with everything because he is the Rock eternal.
