Get On The Same Financial Page In 7 DaysSample

The Bondage Of Debt
Debt is, especially in our modern society, largely unavoidable. If you want to purchase a home or a car, you’re probably going to have to incur some debt in order to do that, despite the biblical warnings against it.
But debt is also a kind of a prison, so get out of it as quickly as you can.
When we shackle ourselves up with the “golden handcuffs” of debt, we’re giving away part of our freedom to a debtor. God wants us to live in freedom; not in captivity. So, do everything you can to get out of debt and avoid going into more debt. You’ll find it’s so much more liberating, and easing that particular (and largely unnecessary!) financial pressure will do wonders for your marriage.
